"All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force...We must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind. This Mind is the matrix of all matter."
Max Planck
Ultimately, we are all connected or linked together by an all-knowing universe. We are born of the same physical matter yet, distinctively different via the grace of free will. Although our free will gives us individuality, you cannot 'fool' the soul. Your soul knows you are a part of a whole and exhibits your individual personal truth.
Science of the soul is the concept that we are all one, interconnected. It is an inner journey with divine identity. To understand it, we must not be "I" or "me" exclusive but look at humankind in totality. This is a science willing to incorporate subjective and objective avenues. This is a science which is best absorbed if one is willing to experience a shift in perception.
As a collective soul group, we must all take responsibility for our community, our nation, and our world. But how? How does one take personal responsibility of such a monumental nature?
Perhaps Mother Teresa explained it best when approached by a potential volunteer, 'Let me come to Calcutta to serve the needy as you do. Teach me your act of service.' Mother Teresa responded, 'Stay home. We should all begin the act of service (kindness) in our own home. Once accomplished, begin the act of service and kindness in your neighborhood, then in your community.'
The act of service is not necessarily giving up our lifestyle or abandoning our material objects in order to feed the poor. However, it is taking personal responsibility to self and others by way of kindness.
As you know, our world maintains dark energy and negative thought which can be overwhelming. As a result of being bombarded with negativity daily, we tend to lash out rather than reach out. However, like attracts like. You exist in accordance with your attitude, belief system and feelings. Sometimes we unconsciously attract what we dislike in order to create challenge allowing us the opportunity for growth.
One way to release the negativity, is to challenge your belief system. Challenges produce growth. When growth is absorbed into self, our spirit shifts. It shifts from a lower vibrational energy to a higher vibrational energy. Growth requires discipline and commitment. It also requires intensity. Intensity changes us. This is not a passive process, rather it is an active process.
Growth is not a noun, it is a verb. And climbing the vibrational energy chain brings rewards of a simpler, less stressful life. It is the journey that is the challenge.
We give power to what we give thought and energy to. Understandably when we are inundated with the world's negativity, we give energy to it. However, after some patience and practice, we can activate empathy and compassion. When empathy and compassion are activated time and time again, there is a culmination of feelings called ...love. By giving love away, you feed your soul and raise your vibrational energy. Soon you find yourself walking, talking and thinking with like-minded people.
Science of the soul is the knowing we are all interconnected. Make the science of your soul... a verb.
